List to "The Big Tent" on This American Life. Liberals WILL ban bibles: from the courts, from the schools, from the football games, from all the public places. The bible will be totally welcome only in churches, and in non governmental places. Schools: that really IS a problem for lots of people. Schools are very close to family, values, etc: people really feel threatened. Lots of people live their religion everyday, every meal, and double on Sundays... schools need to be sensitive and gentle in the exclusion of religious activites... this IS a free country, and people will act freely and that means they do NOT have to be quiet and humble and drop their bibles...
Liberals will NOT ban bibles from schools, period. If you want to bring a bible to school you are more than free to. Liberals will maintain the ban on teachers or principals teaching or reading from the bible in school that is very different.
