I saw him on Bill Moyers "NOW"... He was very coherent. And now I see this in the Post... excellent read.
But, all in all, I must say: NO republicans: this is NOT on the job training for ex storm troopers. Note that McCain and Arnold will speak FOR Bush. Nope. Drown them when they are young. You think that's mean? Grover Norquist, THE GOP "brain", wants to "drown the whole government in a bathtub". I take offence at that!
