"Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said yesterday that Goss and some White House officials were concerned that unauthorized disclosures of information by the CIA during the election campaign 'were intended to damage the president,' and he accused a 'rogue' element within the agency of carrying them out."
That's strike two, John. No balls.
The two resignations yesterday, of Deputy Director of Operations Stephen R. Kappes and his deputy, Michael Sulick, will "undermine the morale of the workforce that had undergone a renaissance since the failures of 9/11," she said.
Funny, these me were highly regarded by all. They put their lives on the line, and they deserve ourthanks

The mind of the terrorist becomes less and less alien to me. For instance, when one is seriously pissed at the way the government is going, and you want to take somebody out, you might not want to fly, get a room, taxi, and figure out the schedule. Nope, you shoot some poor slob fairly close to home, convenient, a public official, a cop, and then you say "I did it because of X" and they say "well, why didn't you do it to "X" and the answer is obvious: "I couldn't get to "X" directly, but I'm serving notice that until somebody gets "X" oura there, I'm gonna work on "Y"

We absolutely need a third party. Send a few bucks to the Greens. (Fuck Nader) And send a few bucks toward Howard Dean. For those in the hinterlands, keep an eye out for Eliot Spitzer: the man is a tiger. Meantime, those closer to Bill Richardson, let the blog know what he is up to.
