If you treat people shitty enough, you will get terrorists. You'll get different kinds of course.
You'll get some that will blow the fuck out of your city, and you'll get those who just get stressed out at being fucked over at the airport and holler or act out... they'll be called terrorists to.
And if you occupy their country? oh, well, shit: there's a guaranteed response to that.
The US touts itself as the greatest country in the world. The US is going to be VERY pissed: wait until the Eurpeans start talking about the second class status of US products, schools, politics, science, modern programs for its citizens, but they'll travel here because it will be dirt cheap. Shit, even the Canadians will come down in droves.
