Good point about Bush's moon plan Ken. I think you're right on. They probably couldn't sell another military strategy to the public with things in Iraq going poorly, so why not capitalize on the media frenzy surrounding the Mars landers and sell everyone on colonizing the moon. They just haven't mentioned the part about putting missiles up there yet, but that is in their plan for sure.
