The Klan is violent, and so are protestors at the abortion clinics. The Klan was opposed to Blacks, Jews, Catholics. The protestors at the abortion clinics are perforce directed against women Does the court really need to be informed that only women have abortions even though men may be present.
Did the court need to be informed that the Klan was anti black because there were white people present?
