CONSTITUTION
"They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and we're not using it anymore."

The constitution does seem to be a fairly amazing document... that sucker gets picked at and poured over and studied in depth and however it is used, the thing really has held up. Maybe not forever, but it's worth having a copy.
Oh, yeah, and the guys that wrote it: mostly a bunch of kids.
