I never said Karl Rove is a terrorist
It's GW who is ultimately responsible for the people he hires and for their behavior while in his employ. Rove is a fat pig and I'll enjoy the crackle of his flesh over the fire, but his boss is the one who belongs tied to a rail.

The logical conclusion of that statement is "George Bush is a terrorist".
Most recently, it is his troops that gathered a whole bunch of Iraqi kids into a vulnerable place by luring them with chocolate, and got them killed.
Children cannot be responsible. And the danger was forseeable.
Some time ago I suggested that Bush should leave the country. This country will remain at risk while he is here. It may remain at risk while he lives. It may remain at risk after he his gone: the principles of Machiavelli are worth considering.
