CHAIN OF COMMAND
How the Department of Defense mishandled the disaster at Abu Ghraib.

The secretary of defense has upwards of 50K special forces troops reporting DIRECTLY to him.
That number may be larger.
Rumsfeld has his own army. President Bush is his trained seal of approval.
Cheney is the president: Bush is a conceited religious twit and dilletant. If a man is known by the company he keeps, then as man is gods image, why not god? Jesus is hanging with some really bad dudes.
