that Biden is brilliant! I have heard him speak, what, 5, 10 times, and he is clear, informed to a fare-thee-well, full of humor, gracious: he's enough to make a person want to be a democrat if one isn't already (being Republican, voting for Bush: that's not a political affiliation, that is a character flaw)
Very enjoyable. I'd guess that the administration's lack of a plan for post-Saddam Iraq was very intentional. These guys aren't stupid. It shows that their objectives in Iraq didn't depend on the aftermath of the invasion.
