Huffinton suggests strongly that Judy Miller outed Valerie. It is not inconsistent with Millers behavior in the past.
It explains why Fitzgerald would jail her. It is not clear that Fitzgerald has a case against anyone else: they might not have seen the "secret" on the memo, and they may be truthful in saying "I found out Plame was CIA from a reporter"
